I offer several different real estate inspection services to meet your needs.  The prices of these services vary.

 

 

Buyer’s Inspection (starting @ $239.00)

Generally pursued after a contract has been negotiated but occasionally to determine if a contract is worth pursuing.

A 90-day limited warranty will be provided with this inspection.

 

Pre-Listing Inspection (starting @ $239.00)

Prior to listing your home with a real estate agent.  Find potential problems and have them corrected as early as possible to increase your sales price.

A 120-day limited warranty will be provided with this service .

11th Month Warranty Inspection

Typically done on homes that are 11 months old and prior to the expiration of the builder’s one year warranty.  Provide your builder’s warranty company with a list of covered items to be repaired!

 

Condominium Inspection

After your home is delivered, I will inspect all the systems plus examine if it has been tied-down properly.

 

Renter’s Security Deposit Inspection

Have a certified home inspector document the condition of your rental property before you rent it.  Avoid the hassle of security deposit disputes with renters.
