Pricing for the following two services begins at $249:

Buyer Inspection
Generally ordered after a contract has been negotiated, even on brand-new homes.

Pre-Listing or Seller's Inspection
Prior to listing your home with a Realtor, find potential problems and have them corrected early to increase your final selling price.

11th Month Warranty Inspection
This inspection is generally performed on a home that is 10 or 11 months old and prior to the end of the builder's one year warranty.  Provide your builder with a list of items that need to be repaired.

Phased Construction Inspections
Building your own custom home?  Why not have an expert on your side?  A home inspector can be your on-site eyes and ears.

FHA Inspections
I am a licensed FHA inspector (#P822) and can provide Compliance, Initial and Final Inspections

Maintenance Inspections
Concerned that your home may need some work?  Allow me to take a look at your home and give you a prioritized list of items that need to be repaired.

Mobile Home Delivery Inspections
After your home is delivered, I will inspect all of the after-delivery systems to ensure they were done properly.
